Absence Request Forms
Parents should note that amendments to the Pupil Registration Regulations (2013) stated that Governing Bodies/Headteachers may not grant any leave of absence during term time unless there are exceptional circumstances.
The QUEST Governing Body have discussed this in detail and will not grant leave of absence for any holidays during term time except for compassionate reasons.
Here at St. Peter's we are very proud of our high attendance figures and extremely low rate of unauthorised absences. We know that we can count on your support in helping us maintain these high standards.
If you have any queries regarding a leave of absence please do not hesitate to contact the office staff.
A absence request form should be completed for all leave. Even though holidays will not be granted except for compassionate reasons, school must still receive the request.
If your child needs time off to attend a medical appointment the above form must be completed.
